Spice labelling

The leaves are used to make spice. They are mainly used fresh as they lose a great deal of flavour once they are dried. However, they can be frozen or processed into an exceptional pesto.

Taste

Chervil leaves smell and taste sweet and aromatic, and are mildly reminiscent of parsley and anise.
